Other bills this member sponsored, in plain English
Bills and joint resolutions where this member is the primary (first-listed) sponsor in 2025-2026. Summaries are drawn from each bill's official title.
H.4003: Greater Greenville Sanitation District (local law)
What it does: Changes the rules for the Greater Greenville Sanitation District. After June 30, 2026, the district may not provide garbage or trash collection outside its own boundaries, except under certain existing intergovernmental agreements. It also lets the district's commission develop certain property with use restrictions, and raises the share of property owners (freeholders) who must sign a petition before the district can be asked to annex an area.
What it could mean for you: If you live in or near the district's service area, this affects who can pick up your trash and how the district can grow its boundaries. Check with the district or your city if you are unsure whether your address is inside it.
Resolutions
These honor people or places or request road names; they do not change the law.
- H.4115: Declares February 3, 2026, Topical Steroid Withdrawal Syndrome Awareness Day in South Carolina (House resolution, adopted March 4, 2025).
